Pricing & Billing
Fulfillment rates, storage, receiving charges and payment terms.
How much do you charge for pick and pack fulfillment?
Our published ecommerce pick and pack rate starts at $1.95 per order. Your final rate depends on your products, order profile and handling requirements. Shipping, storage, packaging and other services are priced separately unless your quote says otherwise.
View fulfillment pricingWhat is included in your per-order fulfillment fee?
The standard per-order fee includes picking and packing the first item. Additional units, postage, packaging materials, inserts and special handling are separate charges unless included in your approved pricing agreement.
How much do you charge for additional items in an order?
Our published rate is $0.25 for each additional item after the first. For example, a three-item order has one item included in the fulfillment fee and two additional picks. Product-specific handling may change the rate in your quote.
Estimate your fulfillment costsAre there setup fees, monthly account fees, or minimum spending requirements?
Our published ecommerce offering has no setup fees or monthly minimums. Integration service fees and any account-specific services may still apply; the fulfillment agreement allows monthly charges for maintaining integrations, with additional connections priced separately. Your quote will identify the charges that apply to your account.
Do you require a minimum number of orders per month?
No. Save Rack has no monthly order minimums. We build your fulfillment plan around your current volume and review any special project requirements with you before work begins.
Can you provide a complete quote based on our order volume, SKU count, and product sizes?
Yes. Send your expected monthly orders, SKU count, typical items per order, product dimensions and weights, storage needs and any special preparation. We use that information to quote fulfillment, receiving, storage, packaging and additional services.
Are packaging materials included, or are they charged separately?
Packaging materials are charged separately unless your approved quote includes them. The cost depends on the box or mailer, protective materials, inserts and any special packing requirements. We can also review packaging you supply.
How do you calculate storage fees?
Storage is calculated daily from the inventory and space used, then billed weekly. Depending on your products and storage plan, charges may use bins, shelf space, pallet positions or another agreed measure. Rates and the measurement method are set out in your quote.
Do you charge extra for slow-moving inventory or long-term storage?
Ongoing storage remains billable while inventory occupies space. Any additional long-term storage, special handling or inventory management charges depend on your pricing agreement. Ask us to review expected inventory turnover when we prepare your quote.
How much does it cost to receive inventory into your warehouse?
Receiving is quoted according to the shipment and work involved. Fees may be per item, box, case, pallet, container or truckload, or based on labor time. Unsorted inventory, inaccurate shipment details or extra labeling can require additional handling.
Are there additional charges for oversized, heavy, fragile, or unusually shaped products?
Special handling, extra labor, nonstandard packaging and carrier surcharges may apply. Share accurate dimensions, weights and handling instructions before onboarding so these costs can be reviewed and included in your pricing plan.
How often do you invoice, and what are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are Weekly Net 1 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are typically issued on Monday for the previous billing week, with payment due the next business day. Holidays or operational delays may change the issue date; the applicable due date is shown with your billing terms.
Read the fulfillment agreementGetting Started & Onboarding
Contracts, launch timelines and moving your inventory to Save Rack.
Do you require a contract, and what happens if we decide to leave?
We use a fulfillment agreement to document pricing, services and responsibilities, but it does not require a mandatory one-year service commitment. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Outstanding charges must be paid and inventory removal or transfer coordinated under the agreement.
Read our terms and conditionsHow long does onboarding take, and how soon can you start shipping our orders?
Most brands complete onboarding within 2–4 business days, including account and integration setup. Your actual launch date also depends on receiving your inventory, accurate product information, packaging decisions and any special preparation. We confirm the steps and timing with you before launch.
Can you help us transfer inventory from our current warehouse or fulfillment provider?
Yes. We can help plan the receiving side of your move, including SKU information, expected quantities, inbound shipment details and the order cutover. Coordinate release and transportation with your current provider, and agree on a transition schedule with our team before sending inventory.
Technology & Integrations
Sales channels, inventory visibility and order tracking in one workflow.
Which ecommerce platforms and marketplaces do you integrate with?
Our integration options include Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, eBay and other supported platforms. Connection methods and available features vary by platform. We review your stores, marketplaces and any API or CSV requirements during onboarding.
Explore integrationsCan you manage orders and inventory across multiple stores and sales channels?
Yes. We can plan a fulfillment workflow across multiple connected stores and marketplaces. We review SKU matching, inventory allocation, synchronization and order rules during setup. Additional connections or custom integration work may have separate fees.
Can we see real-time inventory levels, order statuses, and tracking information?
Your WMS account provides visibility into inventory, orders, shipment status, tracking, returns activity and billing information. Updates depend on warehouse processing and each connected platform’s synchronization; third-party updates may not be instantaneous.

What to send us before your shipment arrives and how receiving works.
What information do we need to provide before sending inventory to your warehouse?
Create an advance shipment notice (ASN) before delivery and provide SKUs, expected quantities, carton or pallet details and delivery information. Include barcodes, lot or expiration details, handling instructions and any discrepancies you already know about. Confirm shipment arrangements with our team before dispatch.
Do our products need barcodes, and can you label products that arrive without them?
Clear SKU identification helps us receive and pick accurately. If products arrive without suitable barcodes, we can review labeling as part of receiving or custom work; additional fees may apply. Our picking workflow can also use assigned storage-location scans when products do not have barcodes.
Can you receive pallets, floor-loaded containers, and shipments directly from overseas suppliers?
We can review pallet, container and supplier-direct deliveries for receiving at our facility. Floor-loaded shipments and unloading requirements need advance planning and may involve additional labor. Confirm appointments, shipment documentation and any import or transportation arrangements before sending the freight.
How quickly is incoming inventory received and made available for orders?
Receiving is typically completed within 24–72 hours of delivery, depending on shipment size, scheduling and the accuracy of the ASN. Labeling needs, discrepancies or special handling can add time. Inventory becomes available after the required receiving checks and system updates are complete.
Storage & Inventory Management
Inventory accuracy, rotation requirements and product suitability.
How do you maintain inventory accuracy and handle discrepancies?
We organize inventory by SKU and assigned storage locations and record receiving, picks and inventory movements in the WMS. If a discrepancy is reported, we review the relevant quantities, receiving details and movement history with your team before determining the next steps.
Do you support lot tracking, expiration dates, serial numbers, and FIFO or FEFO inventory rotation?
Tell us your lot, expiration-date, serial-number and rotation requirements before shipping inventory. FIFO or FEFO practices may be used as outlined in the fulfillment agreement; product-specific tracking and serial-number workflows must be reviewed and agreed during setup. Accurate product and date information is essential.
What types of products can you store, and are there any restrictions?
We review each product range for safe storage and fulfillment, including its dimensions, packaging, ingredients and handling requirements. Hazardous, restricted, regulated or perishable goods require advance review and any applicable approval. Do not send products requiring special handling until their suitability has been confirmed.
Is your warehouse climate-controlled, temperature-controlled, or suitable for our products?
Our standard warehouse environment is climate-controlled, but temperatures can vary with Florida weather and warehouse operations. It is not a guarantee of a fixed temperature or humidity range. Products requiring refrigeration, freezing or strict environmental controls need advance written approval; share their storage specifications before onboarding.
Pick & Pack Fulfillment
Order timing, picking accuracy, changes and busy periods.
How quickly do you ship orders, and what is your same-day shipping cutoff?
Our objective is to process eligible orders within 24 hours of reaching Ready to Ship status, excluding weekends and holidays. Inventory must be available and order, account and shipping details complete. Same-day eligibility and cutoffs depend on your agreed workflow and carrier schedule; confirm them with your account contact.
Do you fulfill orders on weekends and during holidays?
Standard processing timelines exclude weekends and holidays. If your business needs work outside the normal schedule, discuss it in advance so availability, timing and any extra charges can be confirmed. Do not assume weekend or holiday fulfillment is included.
How do you prevent picking errors and ensure the correct products are shipped?
We use warehouse management and picking software to check products and quantities against the order. Products have assigned storage locations, and barcode or location scans help verify picks before packing. Clear SKU information and agreed packing instructions support the same checks throughout the workflow.
How do you handle order changes, cancellations, backorders, and split shipments?
Contact us as soon as a change is needed. Orders already being picked, packed or handed to a carrier may be too far along to change. Missing stock can place an order on backorder; partial or split shipments should follow your agreed rules and may add fulfillment, packaging and shipping costs.
Can you support seasonal spikes, product launches, flash sales, and rapid growth?
We can plan for changing volume with you. Share forecasts, promotion dates, expected order mix and incoming inventory as early as possible so labor, storage, packaging and carrier needs can be reviewed. Any special scheduling or added services should be agreed before the peak period.
Shipping & Delivery
Carrier options, shipping rates and international orders.
Which shipping carriers and services do you offer?
We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Service availability depends on package dimensions, weight, destination and carrier requirements. We review the shipping methods that fit your products and customer delivery needs.
Explore shipping carriersCan we use your discounted shipping rates or connect our own carrier accounts?
We can review shipping through Save Rack and whether your own carrier account can be connected to the agreed workflow. Rates depend on package details, destination, service and carrier charges. Confirm account compatibility and any related fees during setup.
Can you ship internationally and handle the required customs paperwork?
Discuss international destinations and product restrictions with us before launch. International shipments require accurate product descriptions, values, quantities, country-of-origin information and any required customs details. We confirm available services and paperwork requirements; duties, taxes and import responsibilities should be agreed before shipping.
Packaging & Branding
Branded materials, inserts and product-specific packing instructions.
Can you use our branded boxes, mailers, packing slips, and inserts?
Yes. We can review your branded packaging, packing slips and inserts and incorporate approved materials into the fulfillment plan. Tell us what you will supply and what we should source. Storage, materials, inserts and any additional handling are priced according to your agreement.
Can you follow special packing instructions for fragile products, gift orders, or premium packaging?
Yes. Share written instructions, photos or a sample pack so we can review the materials, steps and labor required. Fragile-item protection, gift presentation and premium packaging may involve extra materials or custom-work charges. We confirm the packing process before starting.

Prep pricing, Amazon labels, replenishment shipments and removals.
How much do you charge for Amazon FBA prep?

Explore Amazon FBA prepIs there a minimum quantity or minimum prep charge?
We confirm any project minimum or minimum labor charge in your FBA prep quote. Requirements depend on the work and shipment rather than the monthly ecommerce order minimum. Share the quantity and prep steps so we can review a suitable plan.
Can suppliers ship products directly to your warehouse?
Yes. Your manufacturer or supplier can ship inventory directly to us for receiving and agreed FBA prep. Send an ASN and confirm shipment details, product identification, labeling instructions and any import arrangements before the goods arrive.
Do you inspect products for damage and quantity discrepancies?
We can count and inspect incoming products against the shipment information and document visible damage or quantity differences. Agree on the inspection scope in advance; detailed product testing or additional quality checks are separate custom work.
Do you provide FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, and expiration-date labeling?

How quickly can you prep and ship inventory to Amazon?
Timing depends on unit volume, shipment condition, required prep and label availability. Our published guidance is normally 24–48 hours for a 500-item project, subject to the work involved and scheduling. We confirm an expected turnaround for your shipment before work begins.
Can you help create Amazon shipments and provide carton contents, weights, and dimensions?
We can prepare the carton contents, weights, dimensions and shipping labels needed for the agreed prep workflow. If you need help creating shipments in Seller Central, discuss the exact tasks and account access required during setup. Shipment creation responsibilities should be confirmed before inventory is prepared.
Can you split inventory between multiple Amazon fulfillment centers?
Yes. We can prepare and dispatch cartons to the fulfillment centers assigned to your Amazon shipment. Provide the destination allocations and correct labels for each shipment. Splitting inventory can add preparation, packaging and transportation charges.
Do you handle both small-parcel and palletized FBA shipments?
We can review small-parcel and palletized FBA shipment requirements and coordinate the agreed preparation and handoff. Confirm pallet specifications, carton labels, carrier arrangements and any delivery requirements in advance so the shipment can be planned correctly.
Can you store inventory and send replenishments to Amazon as needed?
Yes. We can store inventory and prepare agreed replenishment shipments to Amazon. You provide replenishment instructions, quantities, destinations and labels. Storage, prep and outbound shipping are charged according to your pricing agreement.
Can the same inventory be used for Amazon FBA, website orders, and wholesale orders?
We can plan a shared-inventory workflow across those channels, subject to SKU, labeling, packaging and allocation requirements. Amazon-specific labels or pack configurations may require separate stock or preparation. We review the setup before combining inventory pools.
Do you process Amazon removal orders and prepare eligible items for resale?
We can review Amazon removal shipments for receiving, inspection, sorting, relabeling or repackaging. Restocking depends on the condition of each item and your approved resale criteria. Provide shipment details and instructions in advance; labor, materials, storage and disposal are quoted as applicable.
Wholesale & B2B Fulfillment
Retailer requirements, case packing and pallet shipments.
Can you fulfill wholesale and B2B orders alongside our ecommerce orders?
Yes. We can plan ecommerce and wholesale fulfillment within the same operation. Wholesale orders may use different case quantities, packaging, labels and shipping methods, so we review each order profile and its pricing during setup.
Explore wholesale fulfillmentCan you follow retailer routing guides, labeling requirements, and delivery appointment rules?
We can review retailer instructions and agree on the preparation and coordination required. Provide the current routing guide, labels, purchase-order details and appointment rules before the order is released. Special compliance work, scheduling and carrier requirements must be confirmed in advance.
Do you support EDI, advance shipping notices, and retailer compliance requirements?
Share the retailer, required EDI transactions, ASN format and compliance rules with our team. We review the connection and operational requirements before confirming support, responsibilities and any custom integration charges. A standard store connection does not automatically include every retailer’s EDI requirements.
Can you prepare wholesale shipments as individual cartons, mixed-SKU cases, or full pallets?
Yes. We can review carton, mixed-SKU case and pallet configurations and prepare approved shipments accordingly. Provide case quantities, item allocations, pallet instructions, weights, dimensions and labels. Your quote reflects the packing, labor and materials required.

How do you process returns, inspect products, and decide whether items can be restocked?
We receive and log returns, inspect them against the criteria you approve and document their condition as agreed. You decide what qualifies for restocking. Items may be returned to available inventory, held for review, repackaged or disposed of under your instructions. Returns are typically processed within 24–72 hours of receipt, depending on the work required.

Charges depend on receiving, inspection, sorting, repackaging, disposal and outbound shipping; request a quote for your expected return volume and instructions.
Warehouse Security & Inventory Protection
Facility access, inventory insurance and reporting an issue.
What security, fire protection, and disaster-continuity measures do you have?
Warehouse access is restricted to authorized personnel, and client visits require approval. If you have specific security, fire protection or business-continuity requirements, ask our team to review the facility arrangements with you before onboarding. Special requirements should be confirmed in writing rather than assumed.
Is our inventory insured while it is stored at your facility?
Save Rack does not insure client inventory. We strongly recommend arranging appropriate coverage through your own insurer for goods in storage and transit, including relevant loss, theft, damage and disaster risks. Review your coverage and the fulfillment agreement before sending inventory.
Read inventory and insurance termsWhat happens if you lose inventory, damage a product, or ship an order incorrectly?
Report the issue promptly in writing with the order or SKU, affected quantities and supporting details or photos. We investigate the relevant receiving, inventory and shipment records and coordinate the next steps with you. Responsibility, claim requirements and any reimbursement are governed by your agreement and applicable carrier or insurance coverage.
