1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Save Rack LLC (Save Rack, we, us, or our) provides third-party logistics, warehousing, ecommerce fulfillment, Amazon preparation, wholesale distribution, returns processing, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with our website, inquiries, client relationships, fulfillment operations, and approved communications.
Save Rack LLC is located at 3135 Drane Field Rd #19–23, Lakeland, FL 33811, USA. Contact us at [email protected] or 855-227-2221 with privacy questions or requests.
This policy describes personal-information practices. Our Fulfillment Agreement and any applicable pricing or service agreement separately govern the commercial services we provide. Nothing in those agreements or this policy limits privacy rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
2. Our role in fulfillment
For website inquiries and management of our own business relationships, Save Rack determines how information is used for those purposes. For customer information provided by a merchant client to fulfill orders or process returns, Save Rack generally acts on that client’s behalf, following the client’s instructions and applicable service arrangements.
If you purchased a product from one of our clients, the merchant remains responsible for its storefront, customer relationship, and privacy disclosures. Contact that merchant about purchases, refunds, return approvals, or requests concerning its customer records. You may also contact Save Rack about our handling of information; we may need to coordinate with the merchant to verify and carry out your request.
3. Information we collect or receive
Business contacts and inquiries: names, company names, business websites, job or account roles, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, quote details, and information you choose to provide in communications.
Client accounts and onboarding: authorized users, account settings, service instructions, pricing acceptance, electronic signatures, timestamps, IP addresses, acceptance logs, and related agreement or authorization records.
Orders and shipments: recipient names, delivery and return addresses, email addresses and phone numbers when supplied, order references, purchased products and quantities, shipping instructions, carrier details, tracking events, and customs information needed for the shipment.
Inventory and returns: SKUs, product descriptions, inventory movements, return authorization or order references, inspection notes, condition reports, and product or packaging photos when photography is part of the requested service. These records can include personal information appearing on shipping labels or associated with orders.
Billing and payments: billing contacts, invoices, payment status, approved payment-method information, ACH or card authorization records, and transaction or dispute information needed to service the account. The information involved depends on the payment method and arrangements used.
Technical and security information: IP addresses, browser or device information, request times, system and access logs, and operational records generated when you use our website or connected services. Warehouse visitor records or surveillance records, where available, may be used for facility security, inventory protection, or incident investigations.
Please provide only information needed for the requested service. Do not send sensitive personal documents, medical records, or account passwords through a general website inquiry or ordinary email.
4. Where information comes from
Information comes directly from clients, prospects, authorized account users, and other people who contact us. We also receive information from client-authorized ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, WMS connections, APIs, spreadsheets, suppliers, carriers, payment providers, and other parties involved in the requested services.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for having the permissions, notices, and other legal grounds required to send personal information to Save Rack for fulfillment. An integration should provide only the access and information needed for its intended purpose.
5. How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries and prepare quotes; onboard and manage client accounts; receive and store inventory; pick, pack, label, and ship orders; prepare customs documentation; process returns; maintain inventory and shipment records; and coordinate approved integrations and service instructions.
We also use information to communicate about accounts and operations, administer billing and payments, maintain evidence of authorizations and agreements, troubleshoot systems, investigate discrepancies and claims, protect facilities and systems, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, collect amounts owed, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where permitted and consistent with your communication choices, business contact information may be used to communicate about Save Rack’s services. Permission to send operational account communications does not by itself constitute consent to promotional text messages.
As described in our Fulfillment Agreement, we may use aggregated or de-identified operational information for analytics, reporting, improvements, benchmarking, or marketing materials where no individual client or personal information is identified.
6. When information is disclosed
Service delivery: relevant information is disclosed to carriers, freight partners, WMS and software providers, integration providers, hosting and support providers, payment providers, contractors, and other parties who need it to perform the requested services. For example, carriers receive shipment and recipient details, and connected sales channels receive order or tracking updates.
Authorized account participants: information may be shared with the client’s authorized users and participants in approved email, messaging, support, or collaboration channels. Clients should keep participant lists current and promptly report access changes or suspected misuse.
Professional and legal purposes: information may be disclosed to professional advisers, insurers, collection providers, courts, regulators, customs authorities, or other recipients where necessary to address claims, collect balances, protect rights or safety, or comply with applicable law or legal process.
Client references: consistent with section 13.2 of the Fulfillment Agreement, Save Rack may provide a client’s company website and general business contact email to a prospective client requesting a reference. Clients may opt out of future reference disclosures by emailing [email protected]. Non-public information, pricing, order volumes, and personal contact information are not included without the client’s prior written consent.
Other disclosures may occur at your direction or with an appropriate consent. A carrier, marketplace, payment provider, or other third party may also process information under its own privacy notice for activities it controls.
7. Website technologies and third-party services
Website and service infrastructure may use cookies or similar technologies for session management, security, and requested functionality. Technical request logs may be generated even if browser cookies are blocked. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some functions.
Third-party storefronts, marketplaces, WMS portals, payment services, and messaging services operate under their own privacy notices. Linking to a service or enabling an integration does not mean that this policy governs that provider’s independent activities.
Contact [email protected] with questions about a particular technology or to request an applicable privacy opt-out. Where applicable law requires recognition of a browser privacy preference signal, Save Rack will apply that requirement to the processing covered by the signal.
8. Communications and your choices
Account and operational communications may occur through channels approved by Save Rack and the client, including email, WMS notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, support platforms, or other agreed methods. Information shared with a group is visible to authorized participants in that group and may be handled by the channel provider.
You may request changes to authorized recipients or communication channels by contacting us. Clients should notify us promptly about personnel changes, unauthorized access, or compromised accounts.
If you receive promotional email from Save Rack, you may use the unsubscribe instructions or contact [email protected] to opt out. For any promotional text program, follow the program’s opt-out instructions. Opting out of marketing does not prevent communications needed to administer an active account, provide services, or meet legal obligations.
9. Retention of information
Retention depends on the type of information, why it is needed, the client’s service arrangements, applicable legal requirements, and the need to resolve disputes or preserve relevant evidence. Information is not subject to one universal retention period.
Section 4.28 of the Fulfillment Agreement states that invoice and payment records may be retained for up to two years and may be available on request during that period, and that payment authorizations and payment information are maintained only while necessary to service the account. Any retention required by applicable law or a legal preservation obligation must also be respected.
Order, shipment, inventory, communication, security, and acceptance records may need to be retained while providing services, reconciling accounts, investigating claims, or meeting legal obligations. A deletion request may therefore be subject to exceptions. Contact us about retention for a particular record or about client-directed return or deletion of information.
10. Safeguards
Save Rack uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect client information, consistent with the confidentiality commitments in its Fulfillment Agreement. Access to warehouse areas is restricted, and account information should be shared only through approved channels with authorized participants.
No website, electronic communication, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your account credentials, limit access to authorized users, and notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or disclosure. Where applicable law requires notice of a security incident, Save Rack will provide the required notice.
11. Privacy requests and applicable rights
Depending on where you live, the information involved, and whether a law applies to Save Rack’s processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; information about its use or disclosure; or restrictions or opt-outs for specified processing. Applicable laws may also provide rights concerning sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Listing a right does not mean Save Rack performs that activity or that every law applies to every relationship.
To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject Privacy Request, call 855-227-2221, or write to the address below. Explain the request and your relationship to Save Rack. Do not include unnecessary sensitive documents. We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity and authority before responding.
If we process the information for a merchant client, we may refer the request to that client or assist it in responding. Legal, security, accounting, and other exceptions may limit a request. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain an inability to fulfill a request where required. If you are entitled to appeal a decision, send an appeal to [email protected] with the subject Privacy Appeal. Authorized agents may submit requests where allowed, subject to verification of their authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
12. International processing and children
Save Rack is based in the United States. Providing services can involve processing information in the United States and disclosing shipment information to carriers, customs authorities, or service providers in other countries. Privacy protections may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires a particular transfer safeguard, the relevant processing must be covered by that safeguard; this policy does not itself replace a required data-processing or transfer agreement.
Our website and business services are intended for business users, not for children under 13 to create accounts or submit inquiries. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Save Rack through the website, contact us so we can review and address it. Merchant-provided shipping information is handled in the fulfillment context described above.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in services, information practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with its revision date. Additional notice or consent will be provided when required by applicable law. A policy update does not by itself authorize a use of information that otherwise requires consent.
