Four steps.
One fulfillment partner.

Explore each step of your fulfillment journey.

01 / GET TO KNOW YOUR BUSINESS

Let’s build your plan.

Tell us about your products, order volume, and goals. We’ll help find the right fulfillment setup.

Start with an introductory call to walk through your catalog, sales channels, current challenges, and plans for growth. We’ll discuss storage, shipping, packaging, and any special preparation your orders need.

Then we’ll set up your account and guide you through the next steps. We can create a dedicated WhatsApp chat with your team so you can ask questions and stay in touch throughout the working day.

02 / CONNECT YOUR SALES CHANNELS

Connect your business.

Your stores and our fulfillment system, working together.

We’ll help connect your marketplaces and online stores to our warehouse management system (WMS). Together, we’ll review your product information, match SKUs, and confirm how orders, inventory, and tracking should sync.

We’ll test the connection before you go live, making sure orders arrive correctly and updates flow back to your sales channels. A standard integration should take about one business day once we have the required access and product information; custom setups may take longer.

  1. Connect your store
  2. Check products & settings
  3. Test the order flow

03 / MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR INVENTORY

Send your inventory.

From your location to our shelves, with a clear record of what’s coming.

Ship your products to our warehouse. If you’re moving pallets, we can help schedule a less-than-truckload (LTL) pickup at your location and coordinate the inbound delivery.

Before shipping, create an advance shipment notice (ASN) in our WMS. Think of it as a purchase order or packing list: enter every item and quantity you’re sending so our receiving team has a record to check against.

When your shipment arrives, we receive, check, organize, and store the products. If we find missing items or damage, we’ll notify you right away. Once receiving is complete and products are added to available inventory, stock levels update automatically on your connected marketplaces according to your integration settings.

FROM INBOUND TO AVAILABLE

Every delivery has a checklist.

  1. 1
    Create your ASN

List SKUs and expected quantities before inventory leaves your location.

  2. 2
    Arrange the delivery

Send parcels or coordinate an LTL pickup with our team.

  3. 3
    Receive & check

We compare the delivery with your ASN and flag discrepancies.

  4. 4
    Store & sync

Products get organized, added to inventory, and synced to your channels.

A clear inbound list helps us resolve receiving questions quickly.
04 / READY FOR YOUR FIRST ORDER

We pick, pack & ship.

Your orders come in. Your fulfillment team gets to work.

Before launch, we finish the onboarding checklist and confirm exactly how your items should be packaged—from protective materials to branded boxes, inserts, and bundles. With your inventory received and connections tested, we’re ready to fulfill.

When orders arrive, we pick the products, pack them to your instructions, and ship eligible B2C orders within 24 hours. Your agreed cutoffs, business days, inventory availability, and special preparation determine the schedule; carrier delivery time is separate.

Tracking updates are sent back to your connected marketplace. Log in to the WMS to follow shipments, view order status, and manage orders—including holds and cancellations while they are still eligible for changes.

Our B2C ecommerce fulfillment rates start at $1.95 per order, plus a fee for each additional item. Contact us for a tailored quote and to see if you qualify for this rate.

Most brands complete onboarding within 2–4 business days, including integration and account setup. With timely completion of the steps on your end, we can be ready to fulfill orders within a few days. Your launch date also depends on how soon your inventory arrives and is received at our warehouse.

We use warehouse management (WMS) and picking software to verify products and quantities against each order before packing. Every product has an assigned location ID. If your products don’t have barcodes, we scan their storage locations to confirm we’re picking from the correct spot. These checks help catch errors before orders leave our warehouse.

No, Save Rack doesn’t require long-term contracts. We simply ask for 30 days’ notice if you decide to cancel.

Our focus is a 24-hour fulfillment turnaround for eligible orders. Timing depends on inventory availability, agreed order cutoffs, business days, and any special preparation. Your fulfillment plan will confirm the schedule for your products; carrier delivery time is separate.
